A Note From Georgee

I built this practice for my mom.

After her heart attack, I wanted to find a way to keep her moving, to give her a reason to get outside and walk every day, even after I’d left and gone back home to Vancouver. Walk Outside was my way of walking with her across the distance. One email a day. One walk at a time. Sharing photos and reflections. Together, even when we weren’t.

She’s coming with me to Norway in 2027. These daily walks are building the foundation that gets her there.

Do I need to walk a certain distance?

What if I don't have Facebook?
